Returns & Refund Window
We accept refund requests within 180 days of the purchase date and returns within 60 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original condition (unused)

In its original packaging
Please note that used, opened, or damaged items may not qualify for a return unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Return Shipping Costs

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: We will cover the return shipping costs.

For change of mind returns: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery with photos.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
